Who am I to coach?

I'm just a guy building SaaS businesses.

If you're wondering why I'm offering coaching, just ask people like Marcel:

It's people like him that inspired me to offer this.

But I do have a bunch of SaaS experience.

A ton of failures.

Took one SaaS to $61k MRR in 2.5 years, solo.

Then nomaded with my wife and kids for a couple years.

During which time I built up a portfolio of digital assets.

Coaching from me is for you if:

If you're at a crossroads, stuck on certain decisions, or need accountability, this is for you.

If you're serious about growing your business and willing to get out of your comfort zone to do it, this is for you.

You're trying to get off the ground with your own products, but not sure where to start.
You can't find an idea worth pursuing, or you're not sure which one to focus on.

What to expect

Expect me to challenge your thoughts, your ideas, and your assumptions.

Expect me to question if you need to do some of the things you say you need to do.

Expect me to be kind, but honest.

What not to expect

I don't, and can't give you all the answers.

I can listen, share thoughts, ideas, and opinions, but ultimately it's up to you, the founder, to know what's right for you and your business, and to make the decisions.

This isn't about putting more hours in or adding more to your to-do list. In fact, it's the opposite.

There's generally one thing you should be focused on today. The one thing that will move the needle.

It's all too easy to find ourselves with a massive to-do list, all of which we can tell ourselves is important.

But when we learn to be honest with ourselves, we realize this is all a form of procrastination.

Coaching packages

Starter

Price: $500/month

We'll have one 45-minute video call per month.
Emails: You can write 2 to 3 short emails to me per month with specific high-level questions you want my input into.

Standard

Price: $1,000/month

We'll have two 45-minute video calls per month.
Emails: You can write 4 to 6 short emails to me per month with specific high-level questions you want my input into.

Premium

Price: $2,000/month

We'll have up to four 45-minute video calls per month.
Emails: You can write 2 to 3 short emails to me per week with specific high-level questions you want my input into.

How it works

We'll have an free initial "get-to-know-you" call. This is a chance to establish whether we're a good match.
Once you sign up, we'll schedule a recurring call.
In each call, we'll focus on one main issue.
Before each call, I'll expect a short email from you, telling me what's the main issue you want to address in the upcoming call. This keeps us both focused and prepared.
My coaching philosophy is that ultimately, you make the decisions. I'll help you think through the options, the pros and cons, and so on. But no-one knows your business like you do, so it's you who must decide things.
As well as the scheduled call, and within the limitations of the coaching package you've chosen, you can email me from time to time seeking my input into an issue you are facing. I'll typically answer within 24 hours, but that's not guaranteed.

Payments and ongoing commitments

You'll pay each month as you go, at the start of the month.
You can cancel any time. There's zero financial commitment beyond the current month.
Your coaching package can last as little or as long as you choose. I recommend that you commit to at least three months, but that's completely up to you.
